Ripoff, robbed checking acct. Of $199.00 consumer fraud ripoff

Dear Sirs:

I can't remember when this company called me'
but I sure know they got into my checking account to
the tune of $199.00, without any authorization from
me, whatsoever. The scam was something about centralizing my medical records in one place. They
don't have enough storage for my records. I have lived
on Social Security disability since 1976. I get along
on it pretty well, but I can't afford to take hits from
thieves like this! I gave these people NOTHING in the way of authorization to access my checking account. I
don't know why my bank even paid it. I normally get a
notice from them about any automatic withdrawal I have
authorized. I got NOTHING! Any help this can provide will be greatly appreciated.
