I have never heard of, nor been a customer of First Premier Bank yet a $600.00 "payment" to this company appeared on my Washington Mutual Bank Account. The description on this line item was "First Premier Bank."
When disputing an item, Washington Mutual requires the customer to summarize the efforts made to resolve the problem between the two parties. To do this, I phoned the First Premier customer service center. I offered to relay information that would appear on the written affidavit such as the account the money was taken from, the transaction number, the amount, the date of the charge and why I was disputing this item. According to my bank, this typically resolves a large majority of disputes.
The First Premier Bank operator refused to serve me because I didn't have an account with her bank and I would have to wait for an indefinate period of time to have my money returned.in effect, this bank stole $600.00 from an individual with whom they have no affiliation to, and is unwilling to make an effort to return the money in a timely manner.
