Worst internet buying experience ever.
I ordered a desk on 5/1/07. $427 was removed from my account 2 days later. Item was to be delivered between 5/12 & 5/19. I emailed a couple of times to find out where it was. No response to my emails.
On 5/24 I called and, after holding 3 times for over 20 minutes (first time I hung up and called back, second time I held again for 20 minutes, pushed #1 button to leave a message - recording said messages full & I was disconnected, third time I held again for 20 minutes but finally got someone), I was told that they would have to email the vendor and wouldn't have an answer as to when I would receive desk for 48 hours. I told them to cancel my order.
After numerous emails inquiring where my money was, on May 30th, I finally received an email on May 30th from "Sean" saying I would have my money "in 5 days at the latest". I have emails to prove it. On Monday, June 11th, I called, held for 15 minutes and was told my money would be refunded to my account same day. Today is June 12th.
I still have not received my $427. I have never been so frustrated, disappointed, disgusted in my life. I need my money back!
