I placed an order on lakesides website in November. I recieved my order minus one item. I called Lakeside and let them know the missing item was on the invoice but was not included with my package. Rep I spoke with told me I would have it in 2-3 days. I never got the package. I have emailed twice, no response. I have also called many times the number is either busy or I am on hold forever. I called yesterday morning and the recording told me the wait was 15 minutes, I waited on hold for two hours and finally hung up. I just want my money back for the product and the shipping Is that too much to ask??
