Fraudulent activity-took my remaining minutes purchased

I was cheated of over 1000 minutes by them just tonight. They are closing the end of the month and advertised that all new minutes must be purchased by June 5th and all minutes used by June 30th. I bought 3500 minutes under the Original India One plan so I would have enough to last through June 30th. Tonight I went to call my husband in India and was told my balance was 0. I called customer service and they said that I lost all my minutes because they werent used in 15 days. I informed the gentleman that we always had 60 days according to that plan and that I should have until June 30th to use them. He said they changed it in May and it was now 15 days and there was a notice on the screen. I never saw such a notice. He said they would not refund my money nor give me my minutes back. He was very cold and unsympathetic. I told him this was fraud and I would contact my credit card company to which he responded-you cant do anything now because we have the money. I was a great customer for over a year and this is how I was treated in the end. I hope this didnt happen to anyone else... And that karma repays them for what they have done...
