I ordered this product on July 30th. As per one other letter I did not receive the amount due till over a week later. The company charged my account $206.85, which is a lot more than it should have been.
From mid-July until today - Oct. 25th, I have sent 4 emails, called every week etc.
The first email was answered, saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. They did not.
Three weeks ago, when I called, their automated voice system told me that my order was being processed, and would be shipped within 3 to 5 business days. I waited a week, got the same message, held on the phone for over an hour waiting to speak to a live person. After an hour, the phone line was disconnected. That was exactly one week ago today.
This morning I tried sending an email to their customer service (where I had sent it before, and gotten one response). My email was returned. So now I can't contact them by email at all.
I called again, and this is the third week I have gotten the automated response that my order is being processed and will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. Even as I type I am hanging on the phone for a "live" person.
All I want at this point is to cancel my order, get my money back, and go buy a vacuum elsewhere. These people have taken over $200 of my money - almost 3 months later I have no vacuum. Their automated line does not tell the truth, I can not get through to them by email, and cannot get a live person on the phone.
If you need a new vacuum - DO NOT - order this product unless you have 3 months or more to wait, and wish to spend hours on the phone and get no response, or get hung up on.
Please help, if you can.
