Ripoff and the postal service is being duped too by this company's claim that the postal service lost it

This company is somthing else be cause they (I BELIVE) ARE RIPPING OFF THE POSTAL SYSTEM! I was given a tracking number that has stayed in Springfield Mass. Since August 8. I don't know how they did it at Royal but they now say the U.S. Post Office has to pay me the money back. I believe thaat is illegal because I don't believe they sent anything in the first place.
