On Sept. 2 I ordered a language translating program online, and paid with a credit card. It downloaded but would not install on my Windows XP system.
I contacted the "customer support" tech and was told that they were having a problem with this and that in three days a patch would be available to download that would fix it.
To make a very long story short, after multiple e-mails and three weeks with no fix, I asked for my money back. I was e-mailed that it would take 5-7 days to credit my card.
Well, TWO complete billing cycles later I still have not been credited, I have spent over 20 minutes on two occasions on hold, (on my dime! They don't provide a toll free number) waiting for help and no one ever answers, just that DAMN recording, you all know the one, "your call is important to us..."
I don't expect they will ever respond and I will NEVER order anything online again. This was a huge hassle, and this company STINKS!
