I am going through the exact same thing with AMPD. This company is ridiculous and are totally unorganized. My situation is identical, two unlimited phone plans, huge bills with overages.!? You are not supposed to have overages, that is why it is unlimited.
They told me in April everything was fine, now my phone has been shut off. Every person I have spoken with 5 or 6 different people have told me they know that they are in the wrong. But I cannot turn the phone back on until this gets cleared by escalations, which can take up to a week. Like Carrie, I too use this phone for work. This company is ridiculous. I am going to try to get out of my contract on basis that they are not living up to their end of the agreement. Probably won't go anywhere, but I am going to try.
