I wanted to purchase new phones for my family. I went to US Cellular because I heard great things about them. I purchased three new phones. I PAID for them on my credit card. After 4 days, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I attempted to return the phones within a week of the purchase. They said that they could not return them because They did not see a receipt for the transaction. During this time I had to be put into the hospital to give birth to my daughter; which I did. I contacted Steve who Is the manager at that location. He is the one of the mulitiple people I had a conversation with the day I attempted to return the phones. I tried on many occassions to bring the phones in to return them, STILL they could not find my credit card transaction. I gave them all of the paper work that I had including a receipt, but that was not good enough. This went on for over two months. I went into the location with a copy of my statement from my credit card company; they STILL could not find the transaction. They had no choice to finally give me a credit because I had MY PROOF. Though It does not end there. They told me that I still owed them because there was some kind of usage on one of the phones. I told them to send me a statement to let me know how much was used & give me a total; to this day, I have never received the statement. Now they send me to collections. And this is supposed to be my fault. I Think US CELLULAR IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! Believe me, I put this lightly, I have much more details.
