I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law on Sat May 12. I received an order confirmation that the flowers WOULD be hand delivered on May 12.
As of 8:30 P.M. On May 12 she still hasn't received the flowers. I phoned 1-800-teleflora and after waiting 20 minutes I spoke with a representative who appologized and said the flowers wouldn't be delivered until Monday the 13th.
I still have to pay full price. I may get a discount (whoopee).
The company should not have guaranteed delivery, other companies had it on the website that they would not be able to deliver today. But Teleflora.com guaranteed it.
