This is the first complaint I have ever made about a company over many years of internet shopping for pet products.
HandsNPaws was shockingly rude to me with absolutely no provocation except that I asked what the status of my order was, after one month's time. Their on-line system had shown my order as "completed, " yet I had received no shipping info.
They insisted that they had sent me numerous e-mails which I must have ignored, giving me the shipment info and that I should pay attention to my e-mails, stating, "Well, then check it again. Duh!"
In fact, they did not process my order until several days after I complained to them. I am certain of this because the UPS tracking report provides the date on which the company sends them any billing info.
I will do all of my on-line pet product shopping from the website, the pampered pup in the future which has wonderful customer service and merchandise.
