A&E found our home 3/6/07 to give us an estimate on fixing our ice-maker. We requested 2 components among that was a brand new water filter for $118. Whenever we discovered we're able to buy the same filter at Bestbuy for $40. We delivered it and received a delivery having said that we'd get a credit on our next charge card statement.
Obviously we didn't obtain the credit with no one understands something about this.
I've tried 4 occasions to consult with a boss. Every time I had been placed on store for over a half-hour and needed to pay attention to the exact same saving again and again. I eventually needed to hang-up every time.
I'm currently attempting to perform anything out with my charge card organization of course if not I'll go to small claims court.
