I have ordered many types of products from many internet companies and I have never delt with any company as RUDE as HANDSNPAWS.com in Clifton, NJ aka Sophisticastion Alley Ltd. These people are unreal.

I placed an order for 4 items on 03/23. I kept checking their online status concerning my order and the status continued to say "pending". I emailed on 04/03 to check on the status and received a two line update..."That just means you have not been charged yet. Remember custom orders take at least 2 weeks." I assumed they meant that the blue knit dog sweater was being made, therefore the order was "custom".

I finally received a "click n ship" message from the USPS that my order was scheduled for shipping on 04/17. There was a tracking number which I monitored. On 04/21, USPS stated that my order had been delivered and signed for by me on 04/20... 4 weeks from the day I placed the order. I never received the order or signed for it.

I tried communicating with HANDSNPAWS by email and I was appalled at the rude, flippant responses I received. I sent them proof from the USPS that no signature was taken at delivery.

Then I had to send the email again because they hadn't read through the entire email where I sent them the PDF file as text so they could read it!

Below are two UNEDITED responses that were sent to me. NOTE THE RUDE COMMENTS..."forgot you signed..", "imposter signed for you..", "can't run to every address to check who's home..", ".. Give you computer assistance", ".. You would be better at communication"

Sorry. Don't really understand your question or the intricacies of Adobe Pdfs. Those you'll have to direct to the post office. We cannot respond to emails that you get from the post office.

We ship all items with tracking information and all we need to show is proof of delivery which we have provided which also inidicates that it was signed by you. Perhaps you forgot you signed for it.

You'll have to address other questions with the post office directly. As you understand, we don't actually deliver items ourself. We place them with the post office. As the customer, you are responsible for providing a secure location for acceptance. It goes without saying, but it is a part of our terms that you agreed to before checking out.

If you have an imposter signing for you, which sounds pretty outlandish, you need to address that with the post office.

Obviously, we have absolutely no control over the address or method you decide to select and can't run to every address to check who's home.

SO if you can open the Pdf why don't you do so. Your email wrote you couldn't open it. You wanted someone to come over there and give you computer assistance? Try to think out what you want to write before doing so and that way you'll be better at communication.

HANDSNPAWS has no sense of customer service, tact, ommunication skills, or basic computer file downloading/editing/reading skills.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HANDSNPAWS... I never will again. There are plenty of other dog accessory companies online that are excellent at customer service and quick to assist if there is a problem.
