Charged tax on a article of clothing hat that was under 110 Ripoff

The store charged tax on my purchase which was less that 110, infact the last time i bought a hat from them they didnt even charge me tax. The service... They treat you like a dog. Once i was standing and looking at the clothes and one of the workers slightly pushes me from the rack and then says excuse me.
