Mislead Into the impression of recieving a physical ticket ripoff

This Company lead me to believe that I was going to recieve a physical ticket. Not an e-ticket or reservation. (Next time I will be forced to read the fine print & to go with either orbitz or priceline)

Also Their "Thank You" network points turned out to just be a crock of you know what.
