Sales Rep: Anita Dzebic. I ordered the product from Smart Pet Supply, the charge came through as Office Virtual Solutions. Total $18.35 paid by PayPal. The email verification stated that my order would be shipped in 3 - 5 days. I never received my order. Shipping should be no more than a couple of days in transit since I don't live far from them. I have sent 4 emails to their so-called customer service email address requesting the status of my order. I have not received a single response from them.
