I order from Doxy Lingerie on September 18, it is now October 6. It has been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. Even with it not being in stock it still should have been shipped or have arrived. When I emailed the customer support to see what the status is I received this email:

We are working as hard as we can to get the Halloween orders shipped out as soon as possible.in order to ship as many orders as we can, we are unable to keep up with the amount of emails that arecoming in. We are trying our best to answer email inquiries, but please knowthat we are working on shipping the orders first. If you do not receive an immediate response to your inquiry, please do not email more than once requesting status, as it is preventing us from shipping orders in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation.

I do not see how answering emails has an effect on shipping the items that I ordered. I am very upset because this was suppose to be a bachelorette party gift for next weekend and if I do not get it before then I will have nothing to give to the bride to be. All I want is an answer to my email or at least a status on my order so that I can plan ahead; so far I have nothing. If I do not receive an email or my order I will be reporting them.
