I received a fraudulent charge from Office Virtual Solutions. The number listed with the charge was (510) 282-8778. I called the number (which seemed like a cell number) and a woman answered the phone. I explained my situation and she awkwardly made it sound like I had the wrong number and this had happened to her before. I asked who she was and she did not say.
I googled the phone number and found another report on here as well as other websites. I found one website (at) with a forum where Anita talked about her business (Office Virtual Solutions) and listed the same number and herself as the owner). I also found the business and phone number listed with the contact information for smartpetsupply.com. There is also a house cleaning business for San Francisco/Oakland listed on yahoo local with the same phone number. The actual Office Virtual Solutions site (officevirtualsolutions.com) lists no phone number or any other contact information). Anita is also listed at.
Simply google the phone number (510-282-8778) and it is all there.
Because of Anita's phone behavior, I strongly believe that the company charged my card fraudulently, and not that someone got my card number and made a purchase.
Beware of Smart Pet Supply and Office Virtual Solutions.
