On 6/17/09, I ordered by internet a Currency Converter for travel abroad. It arrived in non-working order and did not work after exposing it to sun/light as instructed.
Sent first email to Traveler's Supply asking, since postage was almost as much as the Currency Converter, would they just ship a new one or did I have to return the old one. Received no response.
On 6/28/09, sent a second email requesting a response and stating while the item was inexpensive, it was necessary for a smooth trip abroad. Also stated if no response was received, I would take further action. Received no response.
On 6/30/09, a third email was sent stating since Traveler's Supply did not reply to either of my prior emails, I was going to write a negative report regarding your internet business in the "complaint" and many other internet sites of its kind. I also stated, "Good customer relations often outweigh the products you sell. A response would have been adequate to my complaint."
Do not buy from Traveler's Supply, if you will be depending on your product for your vacation.
