I purchased two remanufactured ink cartridges from OROSupply.com through eBay on 11/16. The cartridges were defective and I only got 8-10 prints out of them before they were completely empty. The product (s) in question are 2PK Lexmark 36XL 36 18C2190 & Lexmark 37XL 18C2200. I contacted customer service according to their wishes and asked for a return address label to be sent to me so that we could start the resolution process. They emailed me a. Pdf version of a return shipping label. I am unable to print the shipping label because I have no ink — I only have their empty, defective cartridges! I replied explaining this problem to them and asked if they would please send a return shipping label to my physical address. They replied that they could not because "their system doesn't allow this." I replied again and kindly insisted that they send one to my physical address as I could not print the label due to the defective product that they sent me.
