Get Pro Coverage if you're interested in making your life just a little more miserable!

I got the coverage on a used amp I bought at GC. When something went wrong with it I called them and had them mail me the shipping label (only 5-10 business days) – MISTAKE NUMBER 1!! It never came… so I had them just email me the shipping label (just wait 2 to 4 business days)… I waited… it never came. I had them email me it AGAIN. It never came… and then AGAIN… it never came… finally I talked to guitar center themselves and explained this to a sales rep who called them up on my behalf to get them to send the shipping label… I finally received it the next day… an EMAIL – you know, those things that are instantaneous?

So it took 3 weeks to get a shipping label… right now it’s been just under 2 weeks since it’s been shipped and they are saying they still haven’t recieved the amp… oh and I can check in on the status by calling this long distance number. Classy.Pro coverage is a fucking joke, save your money and buy reliable gear or get into fixing things yourself. I’ll update this when I finally get my ONLY amp back.

I hope this warranty agency burns in hell.
