March 24, my husband bought me a $2,000 cavalier from Mary Madaan in Spring, TX. My husband has since died of cancer and my cavalier was his last birthday present to me.
I have, on several occasions, requested that the AKC papers be furnished to me but have gotten no response from Ms. Madaan.
Why would Ms. Madaan withhold the papers for a very expensive dog? I feel I am owed the papers firstly and I am totally confused as to why Ms. Madaan does not provide them.
Is there any recourse?
