Cca credit service division of first national card is a dishonest ripoff that victimized & lied to many consumers. Las vegas

This is the first carfd that I had applied for. So I rececived a letter reading that I was approved and that by paying 199.98 dollars I would recieve a membership packet. Where I would receive 2 100 dollars certificate. Which I had to spend 100 dollas of the certificates recive then pas 33dollars for 3 months. To prove that i could pay, this was weird. Then the card finally arrived reading urgent your card has arrived call to activated now. And I have been calling and calling since saturday the 27 of july, o2. But nno one answer it also read if busy keep trying. And becaause of this I decided to see if they had a wedsite to see I could activatee the card there. But I founnd you and I thank you for that as a first time credit card user I don't now much abbout interest and about this stuff. Another thing the lady that we talk to sais that the 199.98 was a one time fee but, it turns out there a 99 annual fee. So please help me get my money back. Thank Youvirginiaencinitas, California
