National magazine & clearinghouse magazine are fraudulent, & unethical ripoffs, mistreated & billed a 90 yr old lady 215

A 90 year old woman received a bunch of magazines, followed by a threatening collection letter from North Shore Agency, PO Box 89099, Westbury, NY 11590-8909, supposedly with New York City Department of Consumer Affairs License Numbef 808922; for magazine subscriptions she NEVER ordered.

She does not handle her own mail. She does not answer her phone. She is very fraill, and knows nothing of this entire situation, which is have a very deleterious effect on her health and state of mind. She does not owe anything. She did not subscribe.
