I made a mistake and paid Cingular alot of money through an electronic payment on March 15th. On Friday March 16 I called a customer service rep., and was told that within the week the money would be rejected and returned to my account. On Friday, March 23 I call the customer service rep., again, and was told that she spoke to a supervisor and the money would be returned please give it to April 3.
Yesterday evening I received a call saying that my refund request was denied. I am very disturbed by the way I have been treated. If a customer service rep. Can see that my account has a large amount of money on account, I don't understand why the Refund Department cannot see this. Also, this company should get their policies straight.
I feel like I have been given the run a round by Customer Service telling me one thing and the Refund Department telling me another. I asked for a way to be connected to the Refund Department and was told that no one had a phone number to that office.
