Will not give refund on returned items. It has been six weeks since they received the returned items. Ripoff

This company will not refund me for returned items. They mailed me the wrong size and I returned them on March 12 and they received them March 17 but I still have not received credit on my card. I have called customer service approx. 12 times. They keep telling me they will give credit within 48 hrs.
