I ordered ITV's Almighty cleanse product on Oct. 15. Within one week I called to see if the order had been processed in order to cancel it. It had not, but they wouldn't let me cancel it. They told me I would have to get a refund after receiving it, even though they had not yet processed the order. I immediately decided I would return it without using it and never deal with them again. I received the product on Nov. 21 and returned it on Nov. 26, unopened.
I waited six weeks, but received no refund, so I called on Jan. 11.
I was told they received my return on Dec. 13 and a refund was imminent. It is now March 4. I have called once or twice a month to receive a refund and each time I call I am assured a refund is imminent. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, but only got a voicemail, twice. I also requested a refund from their customer service web site.
Today I reported them to the BBB and filed this report.
The only thing I have got almightily cleansed from this company is my credit card account.
