I used vistaprint for business cards. They have pricing for color prints and black and white. I chose black and white for the back of my card.
When I received my cards, it was a really washed out gray instead of 100% black. When I called customer service and asked about the quality of the print, they said they printed it as gray scale and that is why it is so lite. They said they only way to print it as black would be to select the "color" option instead of black and white.
That does not make any sense. They do not understand color or print at all. My cards also were cut smaller than the standard 2 x 3.5 cards. The only solution they offered was for me to pay them again for the fix and have it print out in color, even though my image is 100% black and white. Beware - never print with this company.
