Our epson product is somehow losing color ink without printing hardly anything in color. Also now that the yellow ink is declared low I cannot print in black and white. I have an emergency black and white documet to print and the printer refused to even try although the black ink is full.instead a window pops up directing me to some website to buy more yellow ink. I will never buy yellow ink for this printer as there is yellow ink in the cartridge, who knows when this defective printer will declare that I need to buy more color ink to print my black and white documents. I'm so disgusted by this product, that I will never ever buy an epson product again (not even a yellow ink cartridge)!!! I should not need to buy more yellow ink to print a document in black and white!!! I guess there was some class action lawsuit regarding this issue, but all the litigants received was vouchers for more ink!!!
