HP HP Designs Products designed to break after a specific period whether used or not

HP designed their printers to require ink cartridge changes at pre-determined times whether the cartridges were actually used or not. It is black mail. Even if you only wish to print in b/w and not color, it will not print unless you buy a new color cartridge. It won't just print in black and white no matter what evasive measures are tried. It is a rip off!
