To Whom It Might Matter:

After I spoke towards the customer support broker about the phone for more than 30 units, I had been informed that I'd obtain a reimbursement for just one total sweatshirt which was positioned on back order after which never delivered, along with a delivery reimbursement of. 84cents twice. I actually donot believe a credit within the quantity of $2.11 accumulates the price of the Dark Basketball Sweatshirt which was never delivered since you were sold-out. I requested these things to get a X Mas present for my Boy & my three Adolescent Grandchildren. After I requested the Four Basketball Sweatshirts I had been informed they could be shipped before X Mas. The sweatshirt I'd to re order was shipped Dec 28th. (Three days after X Mas) Our initial purchase less the dark sweatshirt was shipped Jan 2nd. (7 days after Xmas) While it had been all stated and completed, one sweatshirt that I'd to re order since the Dark Xlarge was positioned on backorder was never shipped. Moreover it wasn't on backorder, you simply merely did not contain it, and informed me via mail 4 nights later and stated it wasn't available. Attempting to achieve a person support broker for that excellent Walmart is nearly impossible. After I eventually achieved a person support broker nowadays Jan 26., she was rude and attempted to hide the whole dilemma of attempting to resolve my issue, and not did clarify why my Xmas purchase wasn't shipped promptly for Xmas. She also kept saying these were "T Shirts" not "Sweatshirts" and was really rude every time I fixed her.

You'd believe a person support consultant might understand the distinction between a sweatshirt along with a tshirt. One more thing that I actually donot realize why you request all of the information-such like a telephone number, tackle, etc., etc., since based on your customer support broker you simply utilize e-mails to inform the client of a problem. Why-don't you simply request a contact address, since that's evidently the only real contact you utilize using the client. I really could protest all night about my total discontent with this whole experience, but I'll not. I had been A-K-Mart Store-Manager to get a lengthy time period, of course if I'd have treated my clients like I had been handled, my Area Supervisor might have dismissed me at that moment.
