After 2 yrs of saving, I bought a brand new Kenmore Elite double-oven. Six-monthis after buying the range went into "Sabbath" style I named customer support plus they went me through the procedure to re set the stove. (The stove won't switch on during Sabbath mode) Ten weeks in I named customer support again since the stove extended to-go into Sabbath mode. They sent a fix guy who stated we were creating it to-go into this style, showed us again just how to re set it and quit. We extended to re set it within the next couple of months. We'd not bought the warranty, therefore obviously on no less then your 366th time, the leading screen began blinking a myriad of mistakes and lastly totally turn off. I named Sears, they advised me I had been from guarantee. I talked towards the nearby shop, customer support in lord knows where. I was verbally insulted with a customer support representative who hardly talked language and also the main point here was, these were not accountable and also the issue was mine. I called out a brand new support representative from an unaffiliated organization plus they advised me the "Motherboard" choose to go negative also it could be $450.00 to displace. It got me 24 months to conserve to purchase the stove, I truly did not have $450.00 to repair the stove. I came across a used range for $100.00 on Craigslist and my new range today rests within the storage gathering dust. I'd completed my do-homework, but Sears noticed it as my issue, not theirs. Sears has dropped a client, but I still got the short-end of the stay.
