I ordered a Motorola H700 Bluetooth Wireless Headset from n1wireless.com. I received a secondhand headset — the item description never mentioned anything about the item being used or previously owned. How did I know it was used? 1) the headset didn't come in its original packaging; 2) it didn't come w/a user's manual; 3) the charger's exterior surface showed signs of wear (not to mention the cord wasn't neatly bound, like cords are when they are brand new; and last but not least, 4) there was a human hair stuck to the hinge of the headset.
I called and explained the situation to their "customer service" dept.; they promised to send a brand new replacement after I returned the used item (on my dime, of course). I returned it to them and guess what I just got in the mail today? The same headset! Unbelievable! I guess that's the price you pay for dealing w/unknown websites vs. A buy.com or amazon.com. Now I know. I will never patronize this business again, and I will do my best to make sure this review is published as many places as possible. Buyers beware!
