I ordered two new phones and two wireless headsets,
not having time to learn to use the 2nd headset immediatly upon receipt
It was two months after receiving it when i first attemted to use it without success, it took some time to contact the manufacturer and find out the Plantronics headset had ceased to be produced two years ago and manufacturers warrantees stop being honoured 12 months ago, but Cellular Choices would not exchange the product that they shiped when it was two years old because it was received (by me) more than 30 days ago,
Even if i had opened it imediatly it still would have been an old product with no warrantee.
