I sent a payment of $175 for products to Northwest Glass Art. As of 2/3, my order status was changed to "shipped" I paid an extra $25 for overnight shipping, so it should have been here 2/4 or 2/5. I have sent numerous emails to both email addresses that the company provided me. As of now I have received no response. Tomorrow I am going to contact the FBI's online fraud division, as well as multiple police departments. If anyone is interested in pressing criminal charges or filing a class action suit or has any info on this company, please contact me. My email is [email protected].
