Billed, but not shipped

I placed this order on 6/04/05 and paid for overnight shipping. To date my product has not shipped. I have attempted to contact Nortwest numerous times both by email and telephone. I shopped for a long time before I found a glass piece that I really liked. Greg, please fill my order.
