I ordered an alien moonlock priced at 40 dollars from this company on december 30th with express "overnight" shipping for 25 extra dollars. After I ordered it there was a hold on my checking account hooked up to the debit card i used. I sent customer service an email asking if it needed to be confirmed mail so that i could arrange someone to be at my address to sign for it while im at work. No reply from them. I got a receipt with everything on it and tax is stated as $0.00 as shown below. Isnt that illegal?

I proceeded to look this company up online and I found all these complaints as well as some on a website. I'm scared about my order. This company's reputaion is not exactly sterling. I'll give it a couple of days to see how this "overnight shipping" works. If nothing is done I'll post again.in the mean time I will do nothing but worry and hope. Please dont't let me down.
