Service to market and sale my Time Share Property Paid $800 fee to market and sale. Told that retainer would be refunded upon sale of property. A 10% sale fee would be collected. No action was taken

Copeland Marketing Corp. Advertised the service of selling Time Share Property. I inquired about the service and spoke with Jessica Butler a company representative. I was told that I would have to pay $800 dollars to the company as a retainer. My
Liki Tiki Villas Time Share Property would be marketed for sale and the retainer fee paid by credit card # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-0875 would be refunded when the property was sold. A 10% service sales fee would be the deducted from the sale price and the oriqinal retainer of $800 would be refunded. On May 5 I payed the retainer fee and have never received any followups or offers. I attempted to contact the Company but have not been able to speak with Ms Butler nor anyother person who can provide a status report. I feel that the company took my money and no service was provided. I want to assist with any suit which maybe initiated for the purpose of obtaining a refund of the money paid to the company
