This company agreed to list and market my timeshare for sale, I am a co owner of a timeshare and let ED Shula, Salesman, know that i was only a part owner and asked if that would be problem. He stated it would not and affect the sale of my property so i proceeded to submit the $399.00 fee and signed the contract which stated if i could show sale of the property thru any company beside Copeland Marketing my entire fee would be refunded. This process took place in apr. 2006. I have yet to here from the salesman, or view my listed property on the perpetually "upcoming website". I have contacted several employees at the company and voiced concerned and eventually ended up selling the property viqa quitclaim deed to my co-owner and submit required copy to Copeland Marketing. I have yet to be refunded my monies and was told that they didn't know if my Quitclaim deed was sufficient enough to show transfer of ownership and that they would have to get back to me. I am still waiting.
