I wanted to bring to your attention a fraud committed against me regarding photographs taken by Amber Parmley who owns Parmley Photography Studios in Germantown, Tennessee. On December 12, I ordered $305.90 worth of pictures of my two daughters. I purchased the pictures via the Internet and money was transferred from me to them by means of PayPal.
For several months repeated calls and e-mail messages from me to Mrs. Parmley were ignored regarding the pickup of my pictures. Ms. Parmley finally replied to one of my emails approximately May.
Ms. Parmley offered excuses as to why I had not received my pictures. She stated that she had the wrong phone numbers for me (not true). She stated that she would get the pictures to me within a week of that time. Again several months have expired and I still have not received the pictures or a refund.
Parmley Photography's PayPal account is still active as of this date and payments are still being made to this account from other customers.
