Hello David,
We paid you for photography services while we were in Maui the first week of September - the photoshoot went well and you had asked for payment ahead of time - which we had paid you in September. HOWEVER - we have yet to get our pictures. Its been close to 2 months and we have yet to see pictures that we had paid for in Sept. I wish we were smarter and did not pay you till we received the goods - however - we trusted you to take our maternity photo shoot so they would be done for Oct 26th - out baby shower. We have worked with other photographers that did the exact same thing you did and provided us the pictures within 2 weeks time frame.
I am disappointed in the fact that you have not even returned our money and keep telling us - you will get your pictures. Well our event has passed and still waiting.
I could have used the several hundred we have paid to you - for our new baby.
