Company represented themselves falsley, are unprofessional, used abusive language, phone hang ups, non responsive, forged signature on charge slip, did not produce weight slips, tickets on file of shipment, did not show long distance charges. Load & unload, line haul-drivers comp., surcharges, not tariff. Do NOT know what charges were based on for interstate, and breeched contract.
Company did not secure movers at final destination, used "Lumping" to pay off local movers when client secured them, Company used bogus emergencies to disrupt move. Company guaranteed a 15 day delivery window, company delivered 31 days. Company damaged over $18K in home goods and are not responding to claim via: std mail., email, phone. Fax. Company has 3 different DBA's, 4 different addresses, 10 alternate phone #'s.
