On my ATT phone bill, I have a charge in the amount of $13.80 from ILD Teleservices Inc. It's 1-800-433-4518. It states, "Billed on behalf of Personal contact sol. Questions? Call 1 800 433-4518. This and others that use ATT have received the same charges. These is fraud and they should be accountable for paying back each and every person they have ripped off, and prosecuted!
