Billed me for service i did not sign up for. Ripoff internet

I had signed up for internet service from M.S.N. After we were unable to receive service. We cancled. Several months later our card was billed for $50.00. When we confronted them with the dilemna. We were told that not only were they not going to do anything about it they were going to continue to bill us for service we were not getting.
