This company has held $75.00 dollars of mine for almost three months. I ordered four items that were never shipped in August and when I sent emails which were answered twice about the order status which they claimed was out of stock. I finally got a response at the beginning of this month after I had tried to cancel the orders that they were only now canceled and I would be getting a refund. That was two weeks ago and I reported them to the BBB due to their inability to respond to my emails and refusing to refund my money. I have no intention on allowing this company to steal and yes it is very much stealing, my money when all I did was be naive enough to order from their company. I suggest anyone with similiar situations to report them as well and take a look at how many complaints they have indeed recieved in the past 36 months for their customer service.
