We do enforce bandwidth restrictions so your account was disabled yesterday.
DSL accounts are limited to 1GB/week. If an account uses 2GB in a week our system bills the account $5.00 for the week. Your account used 26GB in one week, which resulted in your account being billed $125.00,

Thats nice why was I not told about this when I signed up? And how am I to know how much I am using?
If some one had said something to me when I had signed up for this I would have watched how much I was downloading and uploading. Will my service be turned back on or do I need to go somewhere else???

Find another service provider. We are actually no longer providing DSL to home users due to widespread use of Kazaa and FastTrack-style programs.
They are still providing DSL service to home users I have freinds that are still conected with them for now!!!
