Net zero rip-off i sign on & am unable to access their service yet they continue to bill me & i haven't been able to contact anyone to cancel

I signed on with netzero internet because they were supposadly cheaper than the other services. Also they were supposed to be better
However, after I gave my credit card info. For billing puposses, I was not able to access and use my internet. I tried to contact them for help, they said I was not in there computer. Yet I have been billed for months.
I am also paying intrest on this. All I want is to be re-embersed, and for them to no longer take my money from my credit card.
I am sick and tired of paying for (NETZERO & MY INTERNET SERVICE THAT GIVES ME WHAT I PAY FOR)
