This company continued to bill us for internet services after we sent a letter and called several times

We called this company to cancel internet service and were told we needed to send a letter cancelling the service. We sent the letter the next day. 2 weeks later we received another bill. We called them again to confirm this service had been cancelled, at this time they said they did not receive our letter. We said we had sent it and the man on the phone (his name was Sean) laughed and said maybe we mis-addressed the letter.

We asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and were told the same story. The supervisor said we will continue to be billed. When we said something to the supervisor about the customer service rep laughing at us we were told it was because it was comical. It's comical to be billed for service we do not have?
