I wanted to purchase some cute monogrammed baby items. This website seemed to be the perfect place, but it turned out to be a scam.
Initially, I had problems ordering online early December. I tried calling their customer service line from 12/10-12/18, but received no response to messages left on their automated system. I just figured they were busy for Christmas so tried ordering online again 12/18/06. I was successful - or so I thought! As of mid- January I have not received any of the products ordered. Multiple emails have been sent and calls made - but no response. I believe my only options at this point include filing a complaint with the BBB and possibly the credit card company.
